Standing Committees
The following list identifies PRAC's standing committees. Members are drawn from government, industry, academia and the community. Because of their knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry, these individuals are a great resource to PRAC.
Audit & Finance Committee
The Finance and Audit Committee reviews and recommends the approval of PRAC's financial statements and budget. It meets periodically with PRAC management and its external auditors. Its current members are:

Human Resources Committee
The Human Resourcers Committee oversees the management of human resources and provides recommendations and advice on PRAC's human HR strategies, initiatives, and policies. Its current members are:

Communications Committee
The Communications Committee oversees all marketing and public relations strategies and activities throughout the year, ensuring PRAC's internal and external communications needs are being met in an effective manner. Its current members are:

Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee is appointed by the Board and is responsible for ensuring proper configuration and rotation of the Board membership.

Research Advisory Committee
The Research Advisory Committee (RAC) is comprised of key industry PRAC members who evaluate the merit of research proposals. Based upon their recommendations, the Board of Directors determines which projects will receive PRAC funding.
